Shopping in our online shop is very easy. Below, we explain the steps you need to follow.

To place your order, you must be registered on our website. This is a simple process that will allow you to create your account and where you will have all the history of your purchases.

During the checkout process, you can choose and select the payment method that is most convenient for you: debit or credit card, Paypal, bank transfer or via the Klarna payment platform.

You can also choose the delivery method, either at the address you indicate or by indicating shop pick-up. If you choose to pick up your order in shop, you will receive an email when you can pick it up.

If you have a discount voucher or gift card, you must add it before completing the purchase. You can add it in the 'Gift Card / Coupons / Voucher' section during the checkout process. Otherwise, we will not be able to deduct this voucher from your purchase once the order has been placed.

We will try to help you whenever possible, but you should be aware that once you have made your purchase we cannot make any changes to it.

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. This will contain your order reference number and details of your order. If you do not receive it, we recommend that you check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk Mail' folder in case you have received it there.

However, you will always have all the information in your customer account, where you can view and download your invoices and check the status of your order. If you cannot find this information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
