If the second hand of your electronic watch in EOL mode only moves every four seconds or the watch has stopped completely, it is time to have the battery replaced by an authorized specialist dealer.

Our experts open the box with special tools. First, clean the electrical contacts. After replacing the battery, close the housing with the appropriate tool according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

The specialists measure the current consumption and check that the watch is water resistant according to the manufacturer’s standards. They then clean the case and strap before checking the strap and clasp, adjusting them as necessary.

If your watch is too fast or too slow despite regular maintenance, our expert consultants or watchmakers will solve the problem. They will find out if an adjustment could optimize the accuracy of the watch.

First, our employees check all motion functions. They use special tools to open the box and adjust the accuracy. Then, reseal the case with the appropriate tool according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

In addition, they ensure that the watch is water resistant and clean the case and strap. They also check the strap and fastener, and adjust them properly. Finally, they verify the accuracy in a simulator for 48 to 72 hours.

Every four to six years, you should completely overhaul your mechanical watch. In the case of electronic watches, it is sufficient to check them every six to eight years, but you should check them sooner if you notice that the battery only lasts another six months.
