This is how our new collection has come to fruition: Fenicia, a tribute to the ingenuity of the craftsmen of that civilisation, as well as to the history and splendour of ancient Gadir.
Gadir, known as ancient Gades, is a city that played a crucial role in Phoenician history. Located in what is now the city of Cadiz, Spain, Gadir was an important commercial and cultural enclave of Phoenician civilisation on the Iberian Peninsula. Founded in the first millennium BC, Gadir became a thriving centre for the exchange of goods, a departure point for Phoenician trade routes in the western Mediterranean and a beacon of knowledge and craftsmanship. Its legacy lives on in the Fenicia collection, which pays tribute to the richness of its history and culture.
